Penntex PX-4V Alternator

These are remanufactured Penntex replacements for the PX-4V, and PX-422V model alternators using mostly Penntex parts. These units have a core deposit or can be purchased outright. If you choose the core deposit, we will include a return shipping label (Only in the Contiguous U.S.). Our units are designed and built to provide the highest possible amperage output at idle.

These Penntex model PX4V alternators are a great high output upgrade for your GM truck, van, or shuttle bus. If you are changing from a factory style alternator you would need to use the optional voltage regulator and harness (see below). Feel free to call or email if you have any questions.

NOTE: All Penntex alternators are externally regulated. The regulator is usually located inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
